From the inside and from the outside - we all know the rumours, we feel the change: corporations are fading away, and they don't even notice ...
Corporations die because they do not want to cooperate. Managers want to rule on their own, want to be king. Do not want to share power with their colleagues and co-workers.
Managers do not want to cooperate with competitors to finally create or win a market. They want to keep the bonus, and don't care to give away the future.
Managers do not want to co-create with consumers, fearing to give away their brand's power. Customers should buy, but not interfere. Retail should sell, not interfere.
But ivory towers are no concept for winning the future. Change is! Understanding consumer's new individuality, independence, and impatience is. Anticipating their new values, needs, wants, and virtues is. Corporation is not - Cooperation is!
